With over 10 years’ experience within the learning and development field as a management & leadership consultant and coach, supporting both public and private sectors (eg Capita, Sony (Play Station & Corporate), Hiscox (IT), BT (Customer Experience), Transport for London, MTR Crossrail, Herts CC, Civil Service, Hewitt Packard) to identify development opportunities and importantly, make them happen.
