Employer/Contractor compliance reviews

Continuing with our proactive approach, we are able to undertake compliance reviews on similar lines as that would be taken by HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC)

The advantages of undertaken such reviews without being prompted to do so by HMRC are:

• informs the company on whether or not it has been historically compliant. Where it is found not to have been, the company can take all necessary steps to ensure compliance going forward,
• where historic none compliance has been identified, making a voluntary disclosure to settle any liabilities that arise will significantly help in minimising any potential penalties that HMRC would otherwise seek to impose.
